For a while now, I’ve felt the need to create a space of my own.

A place where I can write without worrying about whether a thought fits an algorithm.

Big Heart is where I’ll share what I’m learning about work, recruiting, spirituality, music, sports, and being human.

Some of it will be useful.

Some of it will be personal.

Some of it may just be something I needed to write down.

This isn’t about having all the answers. I definitely don’t.

It’s about being honest, staying curious, and hopefully creating something that helps someone else along the way.
